  3. Write something down. To Do's, I want to's, I am happy I have done's, I wish I could's, I am sorry I did's

  4. Drink some water

  5. Be thankful you are here to try again another day



    These can get your day started in the right direction. We must have our days set up for success and to do so we must set our body and minds up to be able to handle the day. The people and problems that we encounter. By staring early and having some time to reflect on ones self, something many of us do not do, we can begin to take control of our thoughts and actions each and every day.


    Marcus Aurelius said "You have power over your mind- not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength"
